The Casa El Obispo is situated above Santa Cruz de La Palma in the municipality Las Nieves in an absolutely quiet environment. The capital of the island Santa Cruz de La Palma can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. There are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and banks. The next beaches are in Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Cancajos, which is 11 km away.

The Casa El Obispo is situated above Santa Cruz de La Palma in the municipality Las Nieves on a 10.000 sqm large property in an absolutely quiet environment. In front of the house is a 55 sqm large, partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a lounge and two sun loungers. The approximately 20 sqm large, lovingly landscaped garden with barbecue area completes the ambience of this holiday house. Parking lots are provided directly at the house.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. The second with two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), bedside table, bedside lamp and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Cosy and modern living room with sofa bed (135 cm x 200 cm), side table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen and a small selection of books.

Kitchen

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with induction stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with six chairs.

Bathroom

Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. Pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! A cot and high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 4 pm, check out until 12 am. A fee of 10 Euros will be charged for arrivals after 9 pm. The Spanish and English speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
