The Casa La Majada is situated on a 2500 sqm property in a quiet environment in Las Norias on the sunny west side of La Palma. The restaurant Mariposa and a bus stop are 1 km far from the accommodation. The beach of Puerto Naos is reachable in 5 minutes by car. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the bungalow is a partially covered terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. A 4,70 m x 7,60 m large saltwater pool for communal use is available to guests of the two bungalows. The possibility to have a barbecue completes the ambience of the accommodation. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Bedroom

The bungalow consists of one bedroom with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200) which can be arranged as a double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lamps. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Open living room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, CD-player, dining table with 2 chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and blender.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hair dryer.

Others

During the period from 13.12.23 to 30.04.25, the owner offers a 10% discount for bookings of 28 days or more. The bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The owners reserves the right to rebook their guests in the identical second bungalow. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the bungalow is not allowed! Dogs until are weight of 5 kg are allowed. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The Spanish, English and German speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes. Minimum age of guests: 12 years
