Holiday house in Los Quemados

Location

The Casa Los Viñedos on an approximately 100 sqm large property in Los Quemados in the south La Palma, in a quiet and rural environment. The centre with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stop can be reached within a few minutes by car. The beach Playa Zamora is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. There is a small typical Canarian “Kiosko” (a mix between bar and restaurant) with fresh fish. Other beaches such as the Playa de Echetive, Punta Larga and Playa del Faro which is located next to the lighthouse are nearby.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the house is one with table, chairs and sun loungers (all with cushions), partially covered terrace. A small garden with barbecue is provided to the guests of the house. A parking space is located next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has a bedroom with two twin beds which can be arranged as a double bed, bedside table, bedside lamps, wall closet and chest of drawers. The third person will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Living room

Open living room with sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV, flat screen, dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (2 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, hand blender and a fruit juice squeezer.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. A cot will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions.
