Description of this accommodation

Casa Belle Vita is a two storey house with approximately 80 sqm of living space. It consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC in the upper floor and a living room with a dining corner, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable terrace with sea view at the ground floor. The house is suitable for max. 4 persons.

Location

Comfortable and cosy holiday house in the village of Tazacorte (west side), which is known for the most hours of sunshine in La Palma. The house is central, but quiet located in a blind alley of the old town. The beach is about 1,5 km away. A bus stop, supermarkets, bars, pharmacy and post office are within easy walking distance. Tazacorte has a tourist office, a Banana Museum, a gymnastics studio, and a public outdoor swimming pool, which is open during the summer months.

Guests have view at the Atlantic Ocean.

The terrace is equipped with two sun loungers with cushions, a table with chairs and umbrella. Guests also have access to the roof terrace.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One of them has a French-style double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), bedside table, wardrobe and a small seating area with sea view; the other one has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table and wardrobe. All beds are equipped with mattresses and blankets of good quality.

Living room

The comfortable living room has a sofa corner and a separate dining area

Kitchen

The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hand blender, a fruit juice squeezer and fridge with freezer.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer and a radiator for the winter time. An additional guest WC is provided in the upper floor.

Others

Towels, bed linen and dishcloths are provided and will be change once a week. Beach towels are not provided. We have built a staircase parental control for our younger guests. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. The friendly German owner will assist you with any questions you may have.

Das alte mehrstöckige Reihenhaus befindet sich im sog Alt-Tazacorte in seinen engen, verwinkelten Gassen. Der Ortsteil ist angenehm ruhig. Aufteilung des Hauses nach Beschreibung. Im Haus ist, soweit der normale Bedarf, wirklich alles vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Sehr sauber und die Besitzerin äußerst nett und behilflich. WLan nicht vorhanden-ist auch so beschrieben. Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird sie in angenehmer Weise hier finden. Seit langen Jahren in verschiedenen Unterkünften in Tazacorte, waren wir hier sehr zufrieden.

Tolle Lage am Ende der Alstadt von Tazacorte. Unverbauter Blick über Bananen hin zum Meer. Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die Waschmaschine auf der Dachterrasse. Die Betten sind eine Empfehlung für die, die gerne etwas härter liegen. Uns haben sie sehr gefallen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat Bergblick, eines Meerblick. Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin war tiptop. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bezauberndes kleines Haus mit schöner Terrasse, überkomplett ausgestattet mit sehr netter und hilfbereiter deutscher Gastgeberin. Man wohnt sehr ruhig (fast, siehe weiter unten) am Ende einer Sackgasse. Restaurants, Bars und Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder auch sportlich zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich wenn irgendwas sein sollte. Immer sofortiger Kontakt möglich. Man darf bloß nicht empfindlich auf in der Nähe krähende Hähne reagieren. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren im März 2020 für 14 Tage in dem kleinen kanarischen Reihenhaus am unteren Rand von Tazacorte mit windgeschützter Terrasse und herrlichem Ausblick über das Meer. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer nicht mit Kfz befahrbaren Sackgasse. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmärkte und Restaurants. Das einfache Haus wurde von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümerin zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass gegen Morgen Hähne gekräht haben. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder dieses Haus zu anzumieten.

25 % from 8 weejs before arrival
50 % from 4 weeks before arrival
80 % from 2 weejs before arrival
100 % for no-show
of the total amount of rent will be charged.
