Location

The holiday house Casa César is located in Puntagorda in the northwest of the island, in a very quiet environment. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The beach to Tazacorte is about 40 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the house is a terrace, furnished with tables and chairs with adjoining, spacious pool deck with a 3,5 m x 5 m large swimming pool on chlorine-base, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and sun lounger. A barbecue area with a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area is provided to the guests of the house and promise cosy evenings. A small, well-kept garden with some more sun loungers is provided below the pool deck area. Guest will enjoy from the pool deck an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean. Parking spaces are provided next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The other is furnished with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a bedside lamp and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Bright, open and cozy living room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, fireplace access to the terrace.

Kitchen

The integrated, very well equipped kitchen has a gas stove (4 flames), an extractor hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water kettle, a toaster, a hand blender, a fruit juice squeezer and a breakfast bar with three bar stools.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. A deposit of 150,00 has to be paid in cash upon arrival. An amount of 10,- Euro will be charged for arrivals after 8:30 pm. This accommodation can be rented for long term. The minimum time of rental is one month; the price is 1.600 Euro per month including water and electricity. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Check in after 4 pm, check out until 10 am.
