Location

The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos at the opposite of the archaeological museum in a traffic-calmed zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

View

Guests have view at the museum, other houses and in the back at the mountains. The roof terrace offers a panoramic view above Los Llanos.

Bedroom

The apartment has four bedrooms. One has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the second, third and fourth, with one single bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm). Wardrobe and bedside lamps are provided in each of the rooms. All mattresses are spring core mattresses of high quality. Woollen blankets are provided for colder days.

Living room

The comfortable living room has a sofa, a coffee table, Spanish TV and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen

The well equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove with four ceramic hobs, an oven, a dish washer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a water kettle and a dining table with 3 chairs.

Bathroom

The apartment has two bathrooms. One has a bathtub with combined shower, WC and bidet; the other one with a shower and WC.

Others

Minimum days of stay: 3 days. Single travels pay the same amount like 2 persons. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on pay the normal price. This accommodation can be rented for long term. Towels and bed linen are provided and will be changed once a week.
