Casa Gusber I is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only seven minutes far from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 2 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 15 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Bedroom

The house consists of two bedrooms, both with twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), which can be arranged as a double bed, a bedside table with bedside lamp,wardrobe and heater. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Kitchen

Kitchen with ceramic stove (4 ceramic hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, blender and dining table with 4 chairs.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. The maximum rental period is 28 days. Single travelers pay 38 Euros per night. A high chair and a cot will be provided upon prior request free of charge. Bed linen will be changed weekly, towels after 4 days. An intermediate cleaning and an additional changes of linen is possible for a fee. Smoking and pets inside the accommodation are not allowed. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish and English speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
