Location

The small fishing village of El Remo is located on the sunny west side of La Palma. In the village is a bathing place, a small stone beach and two restaurants. The popular bay of Charco Verde is only 3 kilometres away. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente have shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

The approximately 35 sqm large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, all with cushions. A parking space is located directly at the house.

Bedroom

The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (spring mattress 150 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. The second has a single bed (spring mattress 135 x 190 cm) and chest of drawers, the third is equipped with a single bed (spring mattress 90 x 190 cm) bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Open living room with a sofa bed, German and Spanish TV and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen

Integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic stove with 4 hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Check in after 6 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
