The 16 apartment units of Apartments Isa I are located in the centre of Tazacorte on the west side of La Palma. Each apartment has approximately 40 sqm of living space, is functionally furnished and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Guests have access to a roof terrace with sun loungers, swimming pool and sea view for communal use. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. Each apartment can accommodate up to three persons. Availability upon request.
Location
The apartment house is located in Tazacorte, close to the Plaza San Miguel on the sunny west side of La Palma, which is known for the most hours of sunshine on La Palma. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and a bus stop are nearby. Tazacorte has a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym and a public outdoor swimming pool, which opens during the summer months. The harbor and the beach of Tazacorte are within 30 minutes on foot.

The apartment has a small balcony with table and chairs. Guests have access to the roof terrace with sun loungers, swimming pool and sea view for communal use. Public parking is available.

Integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove, refrigerator and a simple Spanish espresso maker. A filter coffee machine and a microwave are available upon request at the reception.
Bathroom
Bathroom with bathtub or shower and WC. A hairdryer is available upon request at the reception.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 nights. Towel will be changed twice a week, bed linen once a week. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. A third person with an age between 4 and 11 years pay 5 euros per night, persons over 12 years pays 10 euros per night. The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. WiFi is available in the apartments free of charge.

Sehr geehrte Damen, wir waren im Apartment ISA II. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, weil die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße keinen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglichte. Wir sind dann schnellst möglich auf eigene Kosten umgezogen, nach dem wir bei Ihnen angefragt hatten, ob wir das Appartment tauschen könnten, was ja leider nicht möglich war. Auch andere Urlauber waren sehr frustriert. Wir möchten Ihnen nahe legen, das Appartment nicht mehr an Urlauber zu vermitteln. Das Foto vom Pool vermittelt einen völlig falschen Eindruck. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Stellungnahme des Eigentümers: Wir hatten in dieser Zeit eine sehr hohe Auslastung. Die Kunden Hotz haben sich für Isa II entschieden. Wie aus der Webseite hervorgeht, liegt das Gebäude an Hauptstraße des Dorfes. Die Kunden fragten uns, ob es möglich sei, umzuziehen. Das Ostern war, waren wir komplett ausgebucht. Wir haben den Kunden die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich eine andere Unterkunft im Dorf oder auf der Insel zu suchen, und wir würden Ihnen die Kosten für die Tage, die sie nicht bei uns verbracht haben, erstatten. Die Kunden haben sich trotzdem entschieden, bis zum letzten Tag ihres Aufenthalts im Isa II zu bleiben. Beschwerden dieser Art von anderen Gästen sind bei uns nicht eingegangen. Was das Schwimmbad betrifft, so haben wir auch keine Beschwerden erhalten, im Gegenteil, es ist einer der Bereiche des Komplexes, der die meisten positiven Kommentare bekommt.
Cancelation policy

20% from the conclusion of the contract up to 60 days before arrival
40% from 59 days to 30 days before arrival
50% from 29 days to 8 days before arrival
100% from 7 days to 1 day before arrival and in the event of no-show
