Description of this accommodation
The lovingly renovated Canary house has 90 sqm of living space and consists with two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a bathroom and two furnished terraces. The house is situated on a 2800 sqm plot of land with almond, pine and fig trees.
Location
You will take about 5 minutes on foot to reach the village of Puntagorda. There are small supermarkets (including health-food shop), restaurants, banks, pharmacy and a public outdoor-pool in. It’s a 45 minutes drive by car to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte. 300 meters above the house starts the pine forest and different trails for hikers.

Guests have a beautiful sea view at the Atlantic Ocean and Puntagorda.

The house is quiet located on a 2800 sqm plot of land with almond, pine and fig trees, flowers and a garden with herbs. It has two furnished terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and a sheltered courtyard.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms, one has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), the other one has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), CD-player, table, chairs and excess to the terrace. Quilts for 2 persons for colder days are provided.
Living room
The large living room has a leather sofa, a traditional wood-burning stove, a comfortable dining area for up to 6 persons, SAT-TV and CD/DVD/MP3-player.
Kitchen
The well equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove with three ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a mixer, a coffee maker and other kitchen appliances.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, WC, washing machine, tumbler and hairdryer.
Others
Minimum days of stay: 7 days and it is not suitable for long term rental. Children with an age less than two years stay free of charge. Children with an age from two years until twelve years will be charged with 50%, children from twelve years on will be charge with the normal price. A cot can be provided on request and is free of charge. Firewood is provided free of charge. Single travelers pay 355,- Euro per week. Towels and bed linen are provided and will be change if needed. Pets not allowed! The responsible person of the house is available for questions and requests.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, drei Wochen in der Finca La Paz verbringen zu können! Dies war mein neunter Urlaub auf La Palma aber mein erster in einer Finca und der Unterschied zum Hotel ist wie Tag und Nacht! Ich war ungestört und hatte meine eigene Waschmaschine und Küche! Mehrere Terassen liesen mich in der Sonne baden. Für mich war die Lage ideal. Innerhalb 50 Minuten konnte ich die Sterne beobachten oder in Tazacorte im Licht unseres Heimatsternes baden! Das einzige Negative: ich musste nach drei Wochen wieder zurück nach Deutschland!
Küche toll, Bad toll, Schlafen gut, insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

A travel cancellation-, travel health-, liability- and luggage insurance are not included in the rental price.
