Renovated 2-storey house in colonial style with large windows and approximately 150 sqm of living space in the center of Tazacorte. The dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a small balcony are situated in the ground floor, a living room with sofa bed, another bathroom and a furnished terrace with beautiful views over Tazacorte and the bananas down to the Ocean and up the mountains are situated in the upper floor.
Location
The house is situated behind the church in the beautiful center of Tazacorte, in a pedestrian zone. The parking for your vehicle is about 20 meters far from the house. It is an about 15 minutes walk along a beautiful path to the beach of Puerto de Tazacorte or 5 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity of the house are shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes etc.

Guests will enjoy from the furnished terrace on the upper floor beautiful views over Tazacorte, the banana trees, down to the Atlantic Ocean, up to the mountains as well as unforgettable and daily changing sunsets.

Kitchen
Kitchen with a ceramic stove (4 hobs), microwave, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender, Italian and American coffee machine and water kettle.
Bathroom
Two bathrooms with shower, one of them with hydro-massage jets, WC and hairdryer.
Others
Bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed if needed. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Children with an age of less than 10 years will be charged with 5 Euros per day.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war ziemlich unbequem und ungemütlich, die Matrazen im Schlafzimmer von guter Qualität, aber etwas hart. Die Außenliegen und Auflagen zeigten starke Gebrauchsspuren. Das TV hatte leider keinen deutschen Empfang, trotz Smart TV. Die Ausstattung im Haus war ausreichend, die authentische Einrichtung ansprechend, besonders die alten Bodenfliesen und Möbel. Die Lage des Hauses vermittelte das positive Gefühl mittendrin im Leben zu sein.Kirchenglocken und Gastronomie waren nicht störend, Eine Spülmaschine fehlte, was sich negativ auf die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs auswirke.
Tolles, stilvolles Haus, sauber und umfassend ausgestattet, nette und coole Vermieterin, gerne wieder!

Es muss deutlicher gemacht werden, dass es zwischen den drei Stockwerken zwei Treppen mit insgesamt 37 Stufen gibt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse in der obersten Etage ist absolut fantastisch mit Sonne von 11 bis Sonnenuntergang. Die nahe gelegene Kirche hat drei Glocken, die alle ½ Stunde und besonders heftig jedes Wochenende geläutet werden, aber zwischen 22 und 9 Uhr immer schweigen.
Wir waren im März 2020 Gäste dieses schönen Stadthauses mit einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse und einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist unseres Erachtens vollständig. Hier fehlt es an nichts.Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt nur 100 m entfernt. Die naheliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und in keiner Weise störend. Dieses Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Schönes Altstadthaus mit herrlichem Blick auf den Atlantik von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Auf Rückfragen hat die Vermieterin immer sofort reagiert und sich sehr gut gekümmert. Der Strand im Puerto Tazacorte ist fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr ruhebedürftige Reisende sollten beachten, dass das Objekt in der Nachbarschaft zu einem Restaurant liegt und so eine Geräuschkulisse gegeben ist - uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.
