Location

The Canarian holiday house Casa Brocal is located about 5 minutes away from the village of Puntagorda in an absolutely quiet and rural environment. Puntagorda has supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and a public indoor swimming pool. Hiking trails start close to the house. A parking space is provided next to the house.

In front of the house is a terrace, furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrella and an adjoining garden. Guests of the house have from the bedroom excess to the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs. A parking space is located next to the house.

The house has a bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, closet and access to the with a table and two chairs furnished terrace. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Open living room with two chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, fireplace, telescope and dining table with 3 chairs.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with electro stove, oven, coffee maker, a toaster and fruit juice squeezer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. From a rental period of more than 28 days, the owners offers a discount of 15%. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! The Spanish and English speaking owner is available for questions.
