House with sea view in La Punta

Location

The villa is located in a quiet, rural environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. La Punta is located in an excellent climate zone, which usually has pleasant temperatures all year round and allows you to spend a lot of your time outside. The restaurant and the viewpoint "El Time" are near the house. Hikes can start directly from here. One of the hiking routes passes directly next to the house and leads up to the Roque de los Muchachos, the highest mountain on La Palma with the seat of the observatory. The next supermarket is in La Punta and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the beach of Tazacorte and 25 minutes to Los Llanos. The airport is about 60 minutes away by car.

Outdoor facilities

The approximately 3800 sqm large garden is planted with various subtropical plants as well as with almond and fruit trees. In front of the house is the approximately 25 sqm large terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. A parking space is situated directly at the house.

Bedroom

The house consists of one bedroom with a double bed. An additional person can be accommodated in the single bed in the separated part of the living room. An extra bed is provided for the fourth and fifth person.

Living room

The large bright living room has a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, German and Spanish TV and a dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (3 flames), an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a water kettle and a sandwich maker.

Bathroom

Bathroom with a large bathtub (170 cm), WC and hairdryer.

Others

The minimum rental period is one month. A rental deposit of 1.200 euros is required. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement with the owner. A one-time cleaning fee of 50 euros is to be paid at the end of your stay.
