Casa Asol was extensively renovated in 2023 and is situated on an 830 sqm large property above the village El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. The 150 sqm holiday house has two cosy living areas, one with an integrated kitchenette, the other with a dining area, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The conservatory invites you to relax during the colder months. In front of the house is the large, furnished terrace. The lovingly landscaped garden and the barbecue complete the ambience of this holiday house and invite you to relax and enjoy the sunsets on La Palma. A sauna house in the garden is available for the guests of the house. The house can accommodate up to six persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The annex apartment is only available for bookings of more than 4 people or by paying the corresponding extra fee.
Location
The house is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only five minutes far from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 20 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Outdoor facilities
The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with a variety of palm trees and year-round flowering plants. In front of the house is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Further seating areas are provided in the adjacent garden. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Bedroom
The house has three modern bedrooms, each with two single beds made up as a double bed (single mattresses each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe.
Living room
The house has two cosy living areas. One living area has a large leather corner sofa, fireplace, satellite and German TV, dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terrace. The second living area has an integrated kitchenette, a dining table with two chairs, a wood-burning stove, two comfortable armchairs with side table and access to the terrace. The winter garden invites you to relax during the colder months.
Kitchen
Separate, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (4 plates), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.
Bathroom
The house has two bathrooms, each with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Das Haus war uns von den Vorbesitzern her bekannt. Leider war die Beschattung im Wintergarten nicht bedienbar, so dass dieser sich tagsüber stark aufheizte und daher nicht nutzbar war. Die allgemeine Ausstattung empfanden wir verbesserungswürdig und teilweise nicht durchdacht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Trockenmöglichkeit, auch ein Bügeleisen ist vorhanden aber sowohl ein Wäschekorb als auch ein Bügelbrett fehlt. Ein Kosmetikspiegel im Bad wäre auch sinnvoll, da der Spiegel für Kurzsichtige zu weit von der Kante des Waschtisches entfernt ist. Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht, dass weder Waschmittel noch Toilettenpapier oder Spültabs zur Verfügung standen. Auch Reinigungsmittel waren bis auf einen Badreiniger nicht vorhanden.
Das Haus hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten, das Saunahäuschen und die Aussicht sind einmalig. Die Besitzer haben sich viel Mühe bei der Renovierung gegeben. Es ist alles wunderbar Sauber. Mit Fred dem Hausmeister hat man auch einen sehr netten Ansprechpartner!
Wir waren zu zweit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Es war alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Große Fenster machen alles hell und freundlich, überall sind Fliegengitter vorhanden. Der Wintergarten ist das Tüpfelchen auf dem i, der Garten mit mehreren Sitzecken wirkt fast etwas verwunschen. Überall hat man eine herrliche Aussicht in die Berge und aufs Meer. Gerne mal wieder!
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Fred, dem Hausmeister, sehr nett empfangen und mit einer Führung durch die Finca in alles eingewiesen. Wir waren die ersten Bewohner nach einer aufwendigen Renovierung der Finca welche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber ein Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen ist hier kein Problem. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden und der Wintergarten lädt abends dazu ein, mit einem Glas Wein und einem guten Buch den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön angelegt mit mehreren Aufenthaltsbrereichen. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt der durch die persönliche Betreuung durch Fred und durch das Team des Büros abgerundet wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
