Beautiful newly built high-quality villa on a completely fenced property, with unobstructed fantastic views of the sea and the Aridane Valley. The house is furnished to high standards. The spacious living area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and two shower bathrooms make this house an ideal holiday residence. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds. The tasteful furnishings provide additional amenities: flat-screen TV, free WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning units (radiator). A generous furnished terrace, the beautiful pool (2.5 x 5 m), and the opportunity to barbecue perfectly complete the ambiance of Casa Fielato, inviting you to relax and enjoy the sunsets on La Palma. Smoking is not permitted in this house. Note: The adjacent road is clearly audible, at least in the outdoor area.
