Casa Surya is situated in a quiet area, in the lower part of Las Manchas. The towns and the beaches of the Aridane-valley are easily reachable. The village Las Manchas has a small supermarket and a restaurant.

Guests have an amazing view at the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

Casa Surya is surrounded by a garden with sub-tropical plants, large terraces and has a chemical-free swimming pool on saltwater base (0,4% salinity).

The two bedrooms have double beds with two single mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm).

The full equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and an oven.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and WC, the other bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
