Modern duplex apartment in the seaside resort of Puerto Naos with furnished roof terrace and sea view. The living room with sofa, the open, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with double bed and the bathroom are situated in the ground floor. The gallery with another double bed and the access to the roof terrace is located in the upper floor. An underground parking place is provided to the guests of the apartment.
Location
Quiet located in a residential street in the upper part of Puerto Naos in the district El Roque. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by walk. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and the bus stops are close by. A bike station, a diving centre and a paragliding station are located in the town. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

The large roof terrace with views at the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding buildings is furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. An umbrella provides shadow on hot days.

Integrated, well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 ceramic hobs), oven, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and dining table with 2 chairs.

Bathroom with shower and WC.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
