The holiday house Max is situated in favourable location on the west of the island. The small holiday complex Villa Marta y Carlos is close to the Atlantic Ocean and is protected by the mountains before the trade wind. You can enjoy the winter with the warm temperatures of the Gulf Stream - in summer the freshness of the sea. Casa Max is a small holiday house and consists with a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace. In the living room a bed can be provided for the third person. Canarian wooden ceilings give the apartment a special charm, an air-conditioning system cools at high temperatures. A washing machine, detergents is provided for a one-time fee of 6,- Euro. Guests will get the key at the reception. Internet (W-LAN) is available. The apartment is not suitable for children. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.
Location
Situated in the south of Puerto Naos in an absolutely quiet located holiday complex – the only one in the bay of “Charco Verde”. Charco Verde is in an especially mild climatic zone, just 200 m far from the next natural sand beach. Puerto Naos is 2 km far from Charco Verde and has 2 supermarkets (open from 8 am until 9 pm every day), a pharmacy, different restaurants and a German bakery. A bus stop is located at the opposite at entrance of the houses. If you want to jog in the morning, take the paved footpath to Puerto Naos.

The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with large palm trees. In front of the apartment is a terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The house is surrounded by a big garden, which borders on the coast and on the access road to the holiday complex. A barbecue is provided. The sun deck, accessible to all residents of the holiday complex, has a swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (130 cm until 160 cm depth), outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions.

Laundry and cleaning: Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost Pets: Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to feed free-range animals like cats and dogs and accustoming them to the holiday accommodation. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am

Der Bungalow ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das macht der Garten und die Aussicht aber wieder gut.
Wir haben den Urlaub in der Apartment-Anlage (unser Haus hieß Max und war mit Blick auf's Meer) sehr genossen. Mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter sind wir allerdings etwas aus dem Rahmen gefallen - hier sind eher ältere Pärchen (alle aus Deutschland) die Regel. Davon abgesehen alles top! Nette Servicekräfte, Brötchen auf Bestellung und eine wirklich traumhaft gelegene Anlage.
Nos alojamos en Max y todo genial. Muy cerca del mar, suficientes aparcamientos, cerca de Puerto Naos. Atención muy personalizada.
TN möchte weiter zur Sprachschule und B1 beenden, anschließend eine Arbeit aufnehmen, welche ist ihm derzeit noch unklar. einfach nur Spitze! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Pool zum Ozean ist atemberaubend. Allein, dass man ein eigenes Gartenanteil mit Ausblick zum Ozean hat, faszinierte es jeden Morgen zum Frühstück aufs Neuste. Super nettes Personal und eine exquisite Vorbetreuung vom La Palma 24. Jede email Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet.
