Description of this accommodation
This small holiday complex is situated above the village of La Laguna, in a quiet location on a 5000 sqm large plot of land with a beautiful landscaped garden plot. It has four apartments, all with separate entrance. The holiday house "Mango" has 90 sqm of living space with a dining room, a kitchen, a living room with seating corner , two bedrooms and three terraces. This apartment is not for rental over the Christmas holidays for less than 14 days.
Location
The holiday complex is located in a quiet side street above the village of La Laguna. Approximately 4 km to Los Llanos, 3 km to El Paso and 7 km to the next beach. La Laguna is about 1 km nearby and has small shops.
View
Beautiful view at the well tended garden with fruit trees, flowers and view at the mountains in the back. From the roof terrace unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean.
Outdoor facilities
Attached to the holiday complex is an about 5000 sqm big subtropical garden with a lot of flowers and trees like mangos, avocados and guaves. One of the terraces is in front of the house, the second one in the back of the house, the third one in the second floor in front of the bedroom. All the terraces are equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs.

Bedroom
Two bedrooms, one of them has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm), the other one has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
Living room
The comfortable living room has a seating corner and a separate dining room.
Kitchen
The small complete equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a water kettle and a gas stove with 3 flames and one electric hob.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, iron, hairdryer.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed on the tenth day for stays of 21 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Sehr großzügig geschnittenes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Toll die Auswahl an Terrassen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Eine Pumpe war im Obergeschoss laut was beim Einschlafen gestört hat.
Cancelation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
20% from the conclusion of the contract up to 60 days before arrival
40% from 59 days to 30 days before arrival
50% from 29 days to 8 days before arrival
100% from 7 days to 1 day before arrival and in the event of no-show
