Casa Clara is a modern holiday house with approximately 70 sqm of living space and is located close to Las Manchas, secluded in a picturesque setting with a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. The partly covered terrace is equipped with wooden furniture. Casa Clara consists of a comfortable living room with sofa, an open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The swimming pool (app. 8 m x 4 m) and the well kept garden invite you to relax.
Location
Casa Clara is situated in a very quiet area in Las Manchas. The next village with small supermarkets is about 5 minutes by car away.

Guests have awe-inspiring view at the Atlantic Ocean.
Outdoor facilities
The furnished terrace is partly covered with a pérgola and a 8 m x 4 m large pool.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. One of them has two single beds (80 cm x 180 cm), the other one a double bed, foam mattresses.

The living room has a comfortable seating corner with satellite TV
Kitchen
The open well equipped kitchen has an electric stove with four hotplates and oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and a dining table with chairs.
Bathroom
The small bathroom has a shower and WC.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
