Holiday house in Los Canarios

Location

The holiday house Casa Urban is situated on a 965 large property in Los Canarios in the south of La Palma, in a quiet environment. The centre with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stop can be reached within a few minutes by car. The beach Playa Zamora is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. There is a small typical Canarian “Kiosko” (a mix between bar and restaurant) with fresh fish. Other beaches such as the Playa de Echetive, Punta Larga and Playa del Faro, next to the lighthouse are nearby.

Outdoor facilities

The house is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden. In front of the house is a covered, furnished terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers. On the upper floor of the house is a large covered and furnished balcony with a panoramic view at the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy from here the spectacular sunsets. The house has a garage. Additional parking spaces are located on the property.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

The large, bright living area with comfortable sofas, flat screen with satellite TV, CD player, air-conditioning, underfloor heating and fireplace, as well as the separate, spacious dining area are situated on the lower floor of the holiday home.

Kitchen

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Thermomix, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, hand blender and fruit juice squeezer.

Bathroom

The bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hair dryer is on the upper floor of the house. The guest toilet is on the lower floor.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. A cot will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! An intermediate cleaning is possible upon request for a fee. Arrival and departure: Check in after 4 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking administrator of the house is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
