The house is located above the village of Los Llanos. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte it takes about 10 minutes.

Outdoor facilities

The house has a covered terrace furnished with a table and four chairs as well as a lovingly designed outdoor area with sun loungers, an umbrella and a barbecue. Below the house is a swimming pool for shared use by the four houses. Parking spaces are provided directly at the house.

Bedroom

The house has one bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, a wardrobe and access to the terrace.

Bright living room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, flat screen and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and dining table with four chairs.

Bathroom

Large bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer. Towels and bathrobes are provided.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! The German, English and Spanish speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
