Description of this accommodation
The lovingly designed holiday complex with 14 houses is located in Los Barros, above Los Llanos on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. The house 12 has approximately 75 sqm of living space and consists of a living room with integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. The garden and swimming pool area are available for communal use by the guests of the complex. A large barbecue area completes the ambience of this holiday complex. The house can accommodate up to four persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The house is located in Los Barros, above the village of Los Llanos. The centre of Los Llanos with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is about 5 minutes by car, the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte about 15 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable in 20 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 30 minutes. Starting points for hikes are nearby.

Outdoor facilities
In front of the house is a covered, furnished terrace and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasol. The pool deck with the heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers as well as the covered barbecue area with seating and table tennis are available for communal use by the guests of the complex. Parking spaces are located in front of the resort.
Extras
Swimming pool (heated from November to April, 24 degrees), satellite, German and Spanish TV, air conditioning-system, internet, washing machine and tumble dryer for common use by the tenants, barbecue, table tennis. An iron, ironing board and microwave are available upon request at the reception.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning.
Living room
Open living room with wicker bench, two wicker chairs, satellite, German and Spanish TV, air conditioning, dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Integrated kitchenette with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. A microwave is available upon request at the reception.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Intermediate cleaning after one week. A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Ganz tolle Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen und fantastischem Blick ins Tal. Sehr nette Betreuung. Auch der Pool war ein Highlight. Das Ferienhaus 12 hatte alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, sogar eine gute Klimaanlage mit der man heizen konnte. Und nicht zu vergessen die Hühner, die uns jeden Tag fleißig mit kostenlosen frischen Eiern versorgt haben. Wir können die Anlage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
